Mention of the Writers of Lodhran District

Abstract

“TAZKARA” means “memory, remembrance, a collection of biographical notes on poets/writers, and a biographical memoir.” In literary term “TAZKARA” refers to a book in which a short introduction of the life of poets/writers and their “Namona Kalam” are included. “TAZKARA ZILLA LODHARAN DY LIKHARIAAN DA” in this article, a short history of district Lodharan with its three Tehsil (Tehsil Lodharan, tehsil Duniapur and tehsil Kehrorpakka) is described. Secondly a brief introduction of the life of Punjabi writers and example of their poetry/prose in Punjabi language is also included in this article.
