About the Journal
Negotiations is the official journal of the Mehkan Punjabi Adabi Board. The principal purpose of the journal is to publish scholarly work in the field of Arts and Humanities with diverse topics such as history, religion, politics, language, international relations etc. Our primary editorial goal is to publish critically reviewed articles that promote the creative mutual interaction among the Social Sciences. While the journal assumes the integrity of each domain, its primary aim is to explore this interaction in terms of the implications of its fields for constructive research in a philosophical and systematic manner. The research that is published may take a theoretical or speculative model as well as statistical and mathematical. Contributions are welcome from all fields which have relevant and insightful comments to make about arts and humanities.
Aims and Objectives
- Onee of the main objectives of the journal is to develop a close linkage between the intellectuals and a common man of the society with the help of scholarly research.
- It also aims to promote scholarly research on contemporary issues and complexities of modern-day world in addition to the contemporary and traditional approach of research.
- It welcomes academic researchers to get their writings published on a vast range of topics of Arts and Humanities.
- Moreover, it believes in diversity, tolerance and fruitful scholarly discussions and researches. Thus, it welcomes faculty members from various universities national & international, as well as freelance researchers to publish their manuscripts and research works.
- It seeks to publish manuscripts and articles after double blind peer review process, which is adhered to the magazine and carried out by leading scientists and specialists in the field.

There are no APC (Article processing charges) or other publication charges that need to be paid by the authors at the time of publication.
Open Access Journal
Negotiations is an open access journal that allows readers to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search and gives them access to links to the full texts of its articles and to use them for any other lawful purpose. All current/previous issues and complete articles can be viewed / downloaded from current issue/ previous issues section.
Review Process
Negotiations strictly follows double blind peer review process for the publication of all research articles. The submitted manuscripts would be sent for evaluation by at least two independent referees, who are expert in the applicable field. The decision to accept or reject a manuscript rests solely with Negotiations Editorial Board. This decision is final. The Editorial Board will, however, base its decision primarily upon the recommendations of the referees who have evaluated the paper. For details kindly refer to Ethical guidelines.
Antiplagiarism policy
Negotiations only accepts original and strictly follow, anti-plagiarism policy of Higher Education Commission, Islamabad - Pakistan. The similarity index should not increase from 18%. Moreover, an anti-plagiarism preform will be singed from author(s) and all liability of its originality will lay down on author(s).
