Abstract

Idris Babar's poetry is shining on the horizon of contemporary Urdu poetry in its unique style. Idris Babar's poetry has adopted a modern tone and tone. He has a standard and important position in contemporary Urdu poetry. “Yunhi” was published in 2012 and was awarded the Faiz Ahmed Faiz Award, while in 2022 his collection of poems "Ushre" was published. Babur's poetry is an expression of the issues and problems of modern man. While his poetic world is a mirror of political and social conflict, it is also a powerful interpreter of romantic emotions and feelings
