Similarities Between Bhagat Kabbir and Shah Hussain

Sufis are less into worldly affairs and they strive hard to make their relationship stronger with Allah. They believe that this world is deception and fraud, and it is a transitory abode where one can’t stay forever and there’s no point of putting your hearts here. According to these believers the most significant relation is humanity and that all Muslims, Hindus, Sikhs and Christians are all a creation of God. Their door is open for every human on earth. Shah Hussain and Bhagat Kabir are also two of these Sufi poets who have a lot of similarity in their thoughts and conditions. Both the Sufi poets are equally renown in all the Hindus and Muslims. Bhagat Kabir was born in a Hindu family but was raised in a Muslim family, whereas the ancestors of Shah Hussain had also reverted from differentiation of ethnicities and thought others to do the same. They opposed the idea of hate and always spread love. They condemned selfishness and arrogance. Emphasized the unity of God were worried about their hereafter. They also preferred doing good even with the evil. They also thought the philosophy of Wahdat –ul –Wajood, love for God humanity, preach for truth, equality and submissiveness. In this research article it is tried to explain similarities between both poets with the references from their poetry.
